Monthly assesments, in the form of dues, are paid by each member of the community. The dues cover water and sewer service, garbage collection, maintenance of the front lawn of all member units, and all common spaces such as the club house and pool.
Assesments are paid directly to the property management company, Southern Property Management Group. Please click on the "Pay your dues online" link below to pay your dues online.
